DESCRIPTION:A Special Meeting for NBUA members has been scheduled on Sunday November 12 from 12:30pm to 2pm at the Fairwood branch of the King County Library system (17009 140th Avenue SE Renton WA 98058).  According to the request for the meeting\, the purpose(s) of the meeting is/are: \n\nFor the President\, Treasurer\, and the Board of Directors to fully\, completely and without obfuscation\, explain the reasons for the failure of the Association to be able to pay final checks to the membership by October 15th as stated in a previous Email from the Treasurer to the membership.\nFor the President\, Treasurer\, and Board of Directors to fully and completely with total transparency\, explain to the membership\, who knew and when did they know this customer/client maybe an issue when it came time for them to pay their bill. When were they first invoiced? How many times they have been invoiced? Have they have paid any of their bill\, AND once it was determined that payment of their bill was going to be a issue\, what steps\, and when did the Board take action.\nSpecifically\, what steps and what  action has the Board taken to ensure that a situation such as this never happens again in the future.\nHas the Assignor been paid.
