DESCRIPTION:All Tiers are invited to this one.  Every year we study the Official Baseball Rules (OBR) and every year we gather together on one hallowed night to listen to Tim Stevens explain to us the weird and strange differences that we will be expected to understand while working High School games.  Tim is our guru who works with the Washington Officials Association (WOA).  At the very least\, you have to show up to this one to pick up your latest copy of the National Federation of High Schools (NFHS) rule books.  It’s always an entertaining show. \nPlease Steve\, this year\, tell us that balks will be live! \nIt will be held in the Shoreline Room at the north end of the complex.  (see map)
