This is the yearly General Meeting for the NBUA.  All Tiers are requested to attend.  The new rookie class will be introduced, the new policies for the coming year will be explained.  The various board members will each give a talk about their functions in the coming year including the training schedule and expectations for all tier levels.  Come one, come all.
