This is our annual High School Rules sessions with Tim Stevens.  For those that don’t know, Tim has served on the National Federation of High Schools rules committee and he is our inside person on all NFHS matters.  Each year we must all pass a test to demonstrate our knowledge of the rules and each year the emphasis of this test are the changes in the rules outlined by Tim in his lecture.
