NFHS Test Deadline

Umpires that wish to be assigned games at the beginning of the high school season must have finished their WOA requirements by midnight tonight.  This includes registering with the WOA,  taking the NFHS test and finishing the clinics. All of these tasks are accomplished on the Arbiter website via the WOA Hub.

3-Man Mechanics Training

This is a refresher before the High School Playoffs begin aimed at B-Tier, A-Tier and T-Tier (Tournament Tier) umpires. This will be an on-line Zoom meeting.  Brian Sweet (our humble director of training) will send out an e-mail about a week before the meeting to all those eligible.

Nominations are opened for candidates for the NBUA Board of directors.  Self nominations only please, please e-mail your nomination to any of the current BOD.  Nominations close on August 1st.

Candidate Statements are due

All Candidates for the Board of Directors will have an opportunity to make a statement about their candidacy.  These statements are due today along with a picture to publish.

The general NBUA membership is asked to submit questions to the BOD candidates.  The period for these submission opens on the 18th and closes on the 21st.  E-mail your questions to any current BOD member.
