This will be a morning classroom session for Apprentice and C-Tier umpires. We'll likely be in the commons area again and not the boardroom.  So C-Tier be aware of this location change from prior years.  We’ll bring in some pizza for lunch.  Subjects will include: Obstruction/Interference
